I completed the Baking and Pastry Arts Program at Niagara College in April 2017 and thoroughly loved exploring my passion for baking (I also enjoy making candy). My first job in the field was with the world-famous Kelly's Bake Shoppe in Burlington Ontario where I still work and love going to every day. This is a very special bakery with amazing staff and the owners are incredibly passionate about healthy eating. Kelly's products are plant-based, nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, and are absolutely delicious. This provides some interesting baking challenges that require a whole different set of skills.
I created this site to showcase both my traditional baking and vegan baking. I hope you enjoy browsing through some of these mouth-watering goodies and maybe you'll have a chance to taste some one day soon!
